If a Creative Cloud app asks for your serial number
Creative Cloud apps do not require serial numbers. Troubleshoot when Creative Cloud apps ask for a serial number.
If you purchased from Adobe.com or registered your product
In the Order History screen, click the order number in the ORDER# column.
In the Order number screen, click Downloads and Serial Numbers.
If you purchased a Student or Teacher Edition or from a reseller
- I jut bought this program, instlled it, went to open it and got a popup about needing to type in a serial number. Assuming I got the number, where would I find it?

I can't unlock the new tablet I just paid $80 for! I contacted the website, email and phone number listed on the activation screen.Nextbook activation code How to use activation code for my nextbook ares 10.1 No receipt for Nextbook aries 10.1,no help without receipt/proof of purchase!!!,did call in 'activation', they say no purchase.

Note: For Elements products, the serial number is located on the Windows DVD sleeve. Redemption Code Find your redemption code on an insert card inside the box.
