Open the Content Manager App inside your PSVita system and select the 'PS Vita System to PC' option, then 'Applications', then 'Saved Data (PSP(tm)/Other)'. Check all the game you want to import the save game for and press 'Copy'. This will copy the data to your PC. Contrary to native Vita games, PSP and PS1 games handle their save data separately, which means that when you back up a PSP or PS1 game, you have to back up the game itself and its save data as well.

Edit or Create PARAM SFOSFX files on the Fly!
SFOSFX also can be created using a command-line and XML file:
SFOEditor [-c] <inputfile.xml> [-sfo] or [-sfx] or <outputfile>
The [-c] command, which is used to create a new sfosfx file.
The <inputfile.xml> which is a template file that contains params.
The <outputfile> can ends with .sfo or .sfx, if you don't want to specify the output file,
then use either [-sfo] or [-sfx] command to save the output file as the same namelocation of the xml file.
Advanced:
There is a file named SFOEditor.db, which has the same name as the GUI tool,
This file is a database file which contains all known params for PlayStation systems that using this type of files.
This database file can easily be updated any-time with any new params if available.
By renamingdeleting this file, the tool will load the default built-in params.
Also the same goes to the template files, it can also be edited, like addeditremove title, id, category etc.
And you can delete the template folder if you don't want it's contents to be displayed in the menu.

Use either of the following procedures to copy saved data for games that you have been playing on a PSP™ system:

Copying the saved data using a PS3™ system

1.
Copy the saved data stored in the Memory Stick™ media on the PSP™ system to the PS3™ system.

2.
Copy the saved data stored on the PS3™ system to your system.
Use (Content Manager) on your system to copy the data. For details, see 'Copying and deleting games and other applications using a PS3™ system'.

Copying the saved data using a computer

1.
Install Content Manager Assistant for PlayStation® on your computer.
For details, see 'Installing Content Manager Assistant'.
2.
Copy the saved data stored on the Memory Stick™ media in the PSP™ system to the computer.
Connect the PSP™ system and the computer with a USB cable, and then copy the folder stored in the [SAVEDATA] folder under [PSP] on the Memory Stick™ media to the computer.
You can confirm the destination folder on the computer by opening the [Settings] screen of Content Manager Assistant for PlayStation®.
Windows:
To open the screen, right click the Content Manager Assistant icon in the notification area of the taskbar, and then click [Settings].
Mac:
To open the screen, click the Content Manager Assistant icon in the menu bar, and then click [Preferences].

Copy the saved data stored on the computer to your system.

Use either of the following procedures to copy saved data for games that you have been playing:

  • Copy saved data to a different device, such as a computer, and then copy the data from that device to a PS Vita system or PS TV system.
  • Use Online Storage to copy saved data to PlayStation™Network servers, and then copy the data from the servers to another PS Vita system or PS TV system.
